Chicken Tinga Fajitas Tacos Ingredients (for 1 chicken breast):
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon roasted chipotle salsa
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Juice from 1/2 lemon
30 ml soy sauce
White cheese and jalapeño salsa
Blue corn tortillas @casabonita
Guacamole
Pickled jalapeños

Directions:
1. Slice the bell peppers and onion. Season with cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
