Enjoy a delicious & healthy shrimp taco meal with a touch of heat! Continuing with our collaborations with Chef Kyle Crawford, this time, he has come up with a delicious take on the popular shrimp tacos. This is the perfect companion to a Ceviche with corn chips for the summer days ahead.

Below you can find the full spicy shrimp tacos ingredients and the steps to cook them.
Ingredients:
1 cup cucumber, cut into match sticks
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup cilantro, rough chopped
Salt
1 tbsp honey
Juice from 1 lime
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ½ tbsp Rude Mama Hot Sauce Vietnamese Hot Sauce (As alternative you can try the Chamoy Sauce by Tajin).
1 Package of @casabonitafoods Corn Tortillas
Steps to follow:
a) Make a slow by mixing cucumber, red onion, cabbage, honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Set aside.
b) Mix shrimp in a bowl with rude mama hot sauce and 1 tsp of salt.
c) Add shrimp to a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
d) Reduce heat to low and warm Casa Bonita corn tortillas by laying them into the saucy pan for 10-30 seconds.
e) Assemble by piling slaw and shrimp onto tortillas! Enjoy!
