Summer is still going strong, and the latest addition to our recipes section is perfect for enjoying the last weeks before the arrival of fall. If you like fish, this recipe is perfect to enjoy at the cottage or to transform your backyard into the best restaurant in town.

The ingredients you need are listed below, but to enjoy this ceviche, we recommend pairing it with any of our chips from the Cantina Style line. You can choose between the classic corn chips or one of the new flavours we recently introduced, the Jalapeño Cheddar Tortilla Chips or the Chili Lime Cantina Style Corn Chips.

Ingredients (for 2 fillets):

2 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or halibut)
400 ml lime juice (for marinating)
1 ripe mango
1 red bell pepper
½ red onion
1 jalapeño (adjust for heat)
1 small cucumber
1 bunch of cilantro
Salt to taste
1 avocado (for topping)

Mango Sauce:

1 mango
2 tbsp Casa Bonita Fire Roasted Habanero Salsa
Juice of 1 orange
150 ml of reserved lime juice
Salt to taste
