One of the most know tacos in north america and in Canada are the the Baja Style Fish Tacos. We originally had a recipe for this style of fish tacos a couple of years ago, but we decided to get some of our collaborators to refresh and elevate this recipe.
This new version of this inspired “Baja-style” tacos is delicious. This taco has everything; it is crunchy, spicy, sweet, and sour, and it’s very tasty.

The ingredients for all the componets are listed below.
For the Salad:
-1/4 Red cabbage
-1 carrot
-1 bunch of cilantro
-2 tomatoe
-2 jalapeño
-200 ml lime juice
-150 ml white vinager
For the Batter:
-450 gr flour
-250 ml beer
-350 ml soda
-seasoning with salt,pepper,paprika,oregano, cumin, and Tajin.
For the Dressing:
-Mix Mayonnaise, soya, honey, and “fire roasted chipotle salsa” from @casabonita.
-Dip the fish in the batter and fry for about 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
-Heat the soft yellow @CasaBonita tortillas and make the tacos adding the salad, fish, dressing, and finishing with a slice of avocado and cilantro.
